Viking Blast & Wash Systems announces the release of the newest shot blaster in the Viking line up of Indexing Spinner Hanger blast equipment. The GC-1545. This new and compact unit is designed exclusively for the 20# DOT propane cylinder and delivers a new efficiency to the refurbishing industry.
This redesigned unit uses premium efficiency 7.5 HP Blast Wheels for a targeted blast and Viking has eliminated the screw auger thereby reducing wear while improving efficiency. The air intake is very aggressive and allows for more than 1450 CFM, yielding cleaner abrasive and much cleaner work environment. The 2-chamber rotating drum is made of manganese and is lined with additional manganese for rugged, yet easy to replace wear protection. Viking uses safety light curtains as standard with two palm buttons yielding the highest level of safety offered in the market. An auto-fill hopper is but one of the many options offered for this model.
All Viking cartridge style dust collectors are sold with NFPA required deflagration panels as standard.
